I understood the word to have been objected to by Your Excellency's first letter of this morning. I have to profess knowledge of the rule to which your Excellency refers, and no disposition to evade it. But I am at a loss to know what to do. I observe that your Excellency's second letter, like your first, is not marked "private", although it reminds me of the rule in question.
